On Sunday, the previous New York Metropolis Mayor’s head of safety Michael Ragusa revealed the surprising information in a prolonged assertion on Instagram:

“On the night of August thirtieth, 2025, in New Hampshire, Mayor Giuliani was concerned in a motorcar accident. Previous to the incident, he was flagged down by a girl who was the sufferer of a home violence incident. Mayor Giuliani instantly rendered help and contacted 911.
