Cher has penned an emotional tribute to her late mom, Georgia Holt, in honor of what would have been her 99th birthday.
The “Consider” singer took to X on Monday to mark the event, and whereas it has been nearly three years since Georgia’s loss of life, Cher made the heartbreaking admission that she generally “forgets” her mom is gone.
“Hey Mother Comfortable [Birth] Day. Typically I Discuss 2 U,Want 2 Ask U a Query,Or I FORGET,& THINK,OH..GOTTA CALL MOM,” she wrote.
We Each Know U Might Be a Little Off The Wall Typically, BUT MOM,I AM WHO I AM … BECAUSE OF U,” she added.

Georgia was an actress and singer recognized for her position on I Love Lucy. She died aged 96 in December 2022.
Cher introduced her loss of life on Twitter on the time, merely writing: “Mother is gone.” Her loss of life got here simply three months after she had been hospitalized with pneumonia.
