TMZ, which broke the information, reported that Joss was shot by a neighbour after a heated argument.

In an announcement shared to Fb, Joss’s husband Tristan Kern de Gonzales wrote that he was “murdered by somebody who couldn’t stand the sight of two males loving one another”.
