It was an enormous evening for Katie Holmes on Tuesday because the actress’s new Broadway present, Our City, made its highly-anticipated premiere at New York’s Barrymore Theatre – and one in every of her Dawson’s Creek co-stars was within the viewers!

Katie was joined by Nina Repeta, who performed her on-screen sister Bessie within the standard teen drama. 

Marking their reunion on her Instagram Tales, Katie shared a black-and-white picture of the pair as she thanked Nina for her assist. “Thanks Nina for coming to see @outrownbroadway,” penned the 45-year-old. “A mini Dawson’s Creek reunion.”

Katie starred as Joey Potter for the present’s six seasons, from 1998 to 2003, alongside James Van Der Beek as Dawson Leery, Joshua Jackson as Pacey Witter and Michelle Williams as Jen Lindley.

Whereas Katie’s new picture will little question spark followers’ hopes of a reboot, the actress has beforehand stated that she would not reprise her character sooner or later. 

“I am so grateful for that have,” she advised ScreenRant in 2022.

On whether or not she and the forged would wish to revisit their characters at a later age, she stated: “We have undoubtedly talked about it over time, however I really feel like that present captured that point interval and that point in all of our lives.
