And that’s a wrap. God bless our forged and crew whose dedication, creativity, and onerous work have introduced this venture to life. I got down to make a film a couple of good man in a world that isn’t all the time a lot. And the goodness and kindness and love I’ve encountered each day on the set has impressed me and thrust me ahead once I felt too spent to maneuver alone. Thanks all from the underside of my coronary heart. It has been an honor. The vacation spot has been Superman, however the journey has been the toil and the laughter and the feelings and concepts and magic we’ve shared collectively on set – and for that I’m ceaselessly grateful.

Initially titled Superman: Legacy, Gunn’s new tackle the Man of Metal would be the first official movie within the new DC Universe of movies and TV reveals that Gunn himself is overseeing together with Peter Safran because the CEOs of DC Studios. (Technically the very first title within the new DCU is the animated TV sequence of Creature Commandos, which is about to premiere in December of this 12 months.)
