Matt Champion, a former member of the forward-thinking rap collective BROCKHAMPTON, has introduced his debut solo album, Mika’s Laundry, which arrives March 22 through RCA.
The LP — co-produced with Henry Kwapis, Dijon, and several other different shut collaborators — takes place inside a dystopian world and consists of each of his beforehand launched singles, “Aphid” (feat. Dijon) and “Slug,” in addition to “Gradual Movement,” out in the present day, which faucets BLACKPINK’s JENNIE. Like his final two singles, Champion collaborated with director Anna Pollack to create a surreal video, one which represents his “idyllic future,” to accompany the skittering, heartsick track.
