View from the Waimea Falls Park & Botanical Gardens
I simply obtained again from a trip on Oahu with household. We spent the week on the seashores on the North Shore, mountaineering up wild hills, consuming from meals vehicles, taking part in video games and decompressing. We even tried browsing for the primary time. It was a really mellow journey and nice to reconnect with nature and spend some high quality time with those that I like. Beneath, some snaps from our walks via the Waimea Falls Park & Botanical Gardens and an extended hike we took.
I’m a *very* sluggish hiker, and whereas I hike I take pleasure in making frequent stops to take photos, and go “foraging” for colours, shapes and patterns that encourage my design work. (You possibly can be taught extra about my ‘foraging’ apply in my ‘Jungalow: Beautify Wild’ guide 🙂
On this hike, I collected some fallen foliage and issues. After I obtained again to the resort, I created just a few collages that spotlight the completely different colours, patterns, shapes and textures. The polka-dotted leaves are my favourite! They’re spores on the leaves, that are reproductive buildings (form of like seeds).
