Joking about his resolution to do a “meat head put up” within the caption, Cole Sprouse’s twin brother bought candid about his resolution to hit the fitness center arduous at 29 years outdated, saying on Wednesday:

“Used to put on a shirt within the pool as a child so I made a decision in my late twenties I needed to vary my physique and grow to be a meat head. That is my meat head put up. Been an extended slog however I’m pleased with the progress I’ve made and I ain’t carried out but”
