Individuals reported that Worldwide Manufacturing Ideas, Melomega music and Sound Gems sued Bieber, Dan + Shay, and others because of similarities in “10,000 Hours” to the 1973 tune “The First Time Child Is A Vacation,” written by Palmer Rakes and Frank Fioravanti.
