“360” singer Charli XCX and George Daniel, drummer of the band The 1975, are formally a married couple!
BBC studies that the pair, who first confirmed their engagement in November 2023, apparently wed in London.
The BBC added {that a} fan video sparked on-line hypothesis of their wedding ceremony once they had been noticed on the steps of Hackney City Corridor on July 19.
They reportedly invited 20 wedding ceremony friends, together with Charli’s mother and father and Daniel’s bandmates (besides Matty Healy).
Charli seemingly confirmed the information when she posted a TikTok video posing in a white wedding ceremony gown and veil with the textual content “when george is not crying when he sees me strolling down the aisle.” Within the caption, Charli wrote, “fortunately he did xx.”
Charli shared a second video captioned “bridal social gathering power!” which included a shot of George sporting Charli’s veil.
Reacting to the video of the newlyweds, one fan mentioned, “So George Daniel is now George XCX.”
“that is the one most necessary factor since we found fireplace,” one other mentioned.
One other fan wrote, “that is my royal wedding ceremony.”
Lastly, Tinashe wrote “CONGRATS QUEEN,” with a champagne toast emoji.
Congrats, George and Charli!
We reached out to Charli’s crew for extra particulars, and we’ll let you already know if we hear again!
